Grandma and the girls with their dolls. We had a great time. We ate lunch at the American Girl Cafe. The meal was 4 courses. It started with cinnamon rolls, followed by vegetables and fruit. For our entree we had a delicious chicken sandwich with an asian salad. The kids ate tic-tac-toe pizza and mac-n-cheese. For dessert we had chocolate mousse in a flower pot along with a cake and cookie. After we were done eating we were able to go around and look at all of the beautiful dolls in their displays.

Eating Lunch at American Cafe
Each girl was able to sit with their doll in a special high chair just for them. The dolls also got a special tea cup and saucer and the napkin holders were hair tie bows for the girls to keep.

American Girll Doll

Peyton looked through all of the cases to find her perfect match.
After a long search the doll was finally found-the last one of her kind. We were so thankful that she was able to get the one she wanted. The one that looked just like her. Brown hair, light skin, freckles-the only thing missing was pierced ears. So that was our next stop.

After her ears were pierced we were able to take her to lunch.

Our Trip to American Girl

Today we finally were able to fulfill Grandma's lifelong dream-taking her grand-daughters to get their first American Girl Doll. As babies they were given a bitty baby and now at 6 and after saving for a year they were able to get their doll. We started the day off early as we had to get the train at 10.
